Have a 2017 Rav4. Have 1,000+ songs on a USB flash drive and have Entune set to play random songs. Have noticed several times that when the vehicle is turned off and back on again, Entune forgets I had random set.
Raising and lowering the rear door cancelled random mode. This doesn't happen all the time - had it happen twice.
Also had Entune forget random mode when turning the vehicle off, opening the gas cover, put gas in and close the door. When I start the car, it forgot random mode was set. Here again - doesn't happen all the time.
Noticed the random mode seems to turn itself off when vehicle is in the garage overnight and it's cold outside. Here again, the problem is NOT consistent.
Vehicle is due for its 6 month checkup. Going to see what the dealer can do.
