 Post subject: iPhone X connection problems

I just upgraded to the new iPhone X and have found that it will not connect to my 2013 Prius through the Entune app. I am able to connect the bluetooth to use the phone, but nothing else will work that requires the Entune app. Please HELP

I’m having the same issue. I called Entune support tonight and they basically said “we don’t know, talk to the dealer” :(

Might not just be the iPhone X. Entune will not connect for me anymore with my iPhone 6. Happened overnight. I've tried everything I can think of. Possibly, one of Apple's updates killed something. The Entune iOS app hasn't been update for while, but that could have been the problem, too.

Same problem with iPhone 7 after update to iOS 11.2.
Called Toyota and they asked me to check the Software version on the car. (Under setting, software update).
Version i have is 1000 and the Toyota rep said it should be updated to 1003 which is a dealer update.
Went to the dealer and they couldn’t figure it out!
Asked me to come again when their lead tech guy will be at work. :oops:

This is surely not the experience I expected. Why won’t they just go with the rest of the industry and enable apple car play!
