What phone are you using? Make sure pandora app is loading and functioning on your phone. With your phone not running entune or pandora, start your car head unit. Wait about three minutes before turning on the radio or apps. Then, check the phone connection by pressing the phone button on the Entune head unit. If it shows your phone is connected, start the Entune app on your smartphone. On the Entune head unit, try Pandora. Be sure not to rush the process, for takes time at each step.

Go to https://www.myentune.com/overview
sign in or sign up. You'll need your vehicle VIN to sign up. Link all of your app accounts there. That's probably the issue you are having. Good luck.

Also have the Entune app open and the phone connected via USB. You may need to go onto the pandora website to sign in.

I did all of the above, still didn't work until I upgraded my iPhone 4S to IOS 5.01 (Settings, General, Software Update).

 Pandora app does not need to be on your smart phone for Entune to run Pandora. You set up a Pandora account on their website; you open the Entune app on your phone then go into apps in the car -- Pandora should show up -- takes a little longer than other apps. Once it is a choice you should be able to open it. There is some set-up that must be done for Entune to use your phone for internet connection but it you get weather and other apps, that must be set up already. Sounds like you don't have a Pandora account.
Today a Toyota rep was helping me with my issues with Entune -- paired my car to use my phone for audio and then some other stuff. When I went on some errands later today, somehow my Pandora on my phone started playing through my car -- I suppose that would work OK if push comes to shove and after my time is up for Entune (2014).
